Dutch DJ and producer Justin Putuhena, known globally as Justin Prime, began his musical journey in 2001 after graduating as a sound engineer. He cut his teeth in techno and hardstyle before shifting into progressive and electro house—a decision that would define his signature sound and career path.
His breakthrough came with the colossal festival hit “Cannonball”, a collaboration with Showtek released in 2012 that earned him a platinum and two gold records.

He’s also collaborated with heavyweights such as Tiësto, Showtek, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Sidney Samson, Blasterjaxx, and many others—cementing his role as a key player in DJ-led pop and EDM crossover.
