Imagine (Imagination 1) starts with warm, lush synths and filtered vocals by Jedra Dayl, building gradually with smooth percussion and rolling bass. A delayed piano line and subtle effects drop in and out, maintaining a fluid and timeless pace—proof that it hadn’t lost its magic even years after its initial release.
The track was rediscovered through John Digweed’s Global Underground: Sydney mix and solidified when Bedrock reissued it in 2003. Resident Advisor called it a “timeless work of musical genius,” praising its elegant arrangement and emotional resonance. The re-release included the original, a concise radio edit, and a deeply atmospheric Pole Folder remix, which many consider an essential addition.
