About The Label

Anjunabeats emerged in 2000 as the passion project of Jono Grant and Paavo Siljamäki of Above & Beyond, soon joined by Tony McGuinness. Initially launched as their own music alias, the name became the official label after their first 12-inch, Volume One, gained early club acclaim.
Over two decades, Anjunabeats evolved from its pure trance roots to include trance-edged progressive house. It helped define the sound of modern melodic electronic music while launching the careers of artists like Mat Zo, Andrew Bayer, Super8 & Tab, ilan Bluestone, and many more.
In 2005, the label expanded with its first sub-label, Anjunadeep, focusing on deeper, more progressive house styles. Later, it grew into a global brand spanning live shows, radio programming (like Anjunabeats Worldwide), top-tier compilation series, and international events.
Anjunabeats has consistently earned praise for its melodic storytelling and emotional depth—becoming a creative nexus and trusted curator for trance fans and producers worldwide.
